Automated Money Developer Machines
Current currency production is quite different from its beginnings in 1862, which consisted of a handful of people separating notes with a hand-cranked machine in the basement of the Treasury building. Technology has brought the currency production process a long way to a state-of-the-art manufacturing operation to one that involves highly trained and skilled craftspeople, specialized equipment, and cutting edge technology – the automated money developer machines.
The automated machines are designed in a manner that it consists of an engraved plate depending on the BILLS that are being worked on, ink tray and the gas cylinder. See fig bellow.
The automated machine is easy to operate as it guides the user (TECHNICIAN) through all steps for program selection, parameter modification and sample analysis. During the process all readings are automatically stored and calculated and the results are presented on an alphanumeric display in form of a RECEIPT. The process and the result are presented on a digital display and a summary including variable statistical data, is documented on the built-in printer after the process

The automated developer machine allows for various types of standard measurement testing such as detailed quality analysis, as well as performance analysis. The automatic developer machine works faster depending on module configuration, machine width and number of measuring points – Typically 1700pcs per sec.
