Chemical Agents

We offer a variety of chemical agents Based on their mode of action. Here are some of our very reliable chemicals that will enable you to work on your anti-breeze notes with ease.

NB: Most of these chemicals are hazardous to your health and thus protective gear ie: gloves and nose guards must be worn during the process

i. The Testing Doses

These pastes have been proven to work on defaced currency, Coated notes, anti-breeze notes and stamped green dollar, 2009-dollar series, euro and local currency cleaning.

It is the paste that removes the chemical content from the currency during production.

ii. Blankit – G Solution

It’s a technical – grade anhydrous sodium dithionite with added stabilizer and complexion agent that tend to work on all anti-breeze bank designed to remove excess coated substance, BLANKIT – G solution work better when combine with LUVENDUR AS 7making it more efficient and gives a fast result

**BLANKIT –G solution can also be used without any powder.

iii. URECOLL – A -POWDER and LUVENDUR AS 7

We are instrumental in providing URECOLL – A – POWDER   which is an anionic melamine – formaldehyde resin in powder form and LUVENDER KM70 which is a solution of an acrylic acid polymer that are soluble in alcohol and water. Used in activating and reversing any oxidation process that could have taken place in stamped, defaced or white negatives. Clients can avail this Powder at industry leading prices from us through our technicians.

iv. LUVENDUR - KM 70

It’s a universal Bentorn Dye removal formula for MQQA it is found in gel form of aqueous solution of a cationic polyacrylamide or in dry slab form. The Dry slab form indicate the age of the oxide when a choice is given, we recommend you use the gel form.

The luvendur – km 70, combined with Urecoll –A- Powder removes all kind of dye pack inks on any currency and also improves the bonding strength. Please note in some instance this will take longer than in other due to factors like dye intensity, chemical concentration.

v. TEMPERATURE CONTROLLERS

The temperature controller boxes tend to regulate both the outside and the inside temperature of the chemical during transportation from the laboratory.
